Background
Originally from Concord, Massachusetts, I went to college in Los Angeles where I freelanced and played music until I managed to join a tech start-up for live event tickets called ScoreBig.com. That is where I fell in love with analytics, using data to reach our first million customers. Finally I wanted to expand my horizons, so I moved to Nashville for my MBA, and the rest is history.

Director, Insights and Analytics, 2019-Present
- Lead team of five in performing research and analysis for improving the lives of seniors with data.
- Designed and manage the corporate office’s most-used Tableau dashboard, a tool for quoting rates to prospects.
- Architected the covid-19 response from a data perspective, building reports for the executive leadership team.
Manager, Insights and Analytics, 2017-2019
- Managed People Analytics from an FP&A perspective, delivering insights on the company’s retention strategy.
- Built a culture of data science and research with R and Python.
